The following rules are in place for everyone’s safety & enjoyment at Hickory Ridge Golf & RV Resort. With your cooperation we hope to keep our area as natural & beautiful as possible. Take home some good memories & the desire to return for more RV’n fun.
Check-in is 1:00 PM; Check out is 12:00 PM
Speed Limit: 5 MPH Strictly enforced- offenders will be removed with no refunds.
Visitors: Visitors must register and obtain a pass. Additional fees may apply. They must leave by 10 PM or register as overnight guest. The site renter is responsible for visitors.
Quiet Times: 10 PM to 8 AM weekdays, 11 PM to 8 AM weekends. Please limit driving during this time also.
Children: Do you know where your children are? 17 & under must be at their campsite after dark. Please supervise at all times in the resort areas.
Pets Welcomed: Hickory Ridge RV Park is a pet-friendly resort. However, proof of current vaccinations is required. Pets must be bon-aggressive, quiet & leashed at all times. Pick-up any droppings in ALL resort areas including trails, field and wooded areas. Pets are not allowed on golf course.
Trash: Please place tied plastic bags at end of driveway between 8:00-10:00 AM only. Do not leave out overnight.
Campfires: Campfires are allowed in the fire ring only and must be attended at all times. No trash burning or bon fires allowed.
Firewood: Firewood can be purchased at the office. Please do not cut any trees, branches (dead included) or any vegetation.
Be Respectful of Neighbors. Please walk around, rather than through, occupied sites, monitor your outside entertainment and observe the "Golden Rule".
Site Condition: Please keep your site neat & clean at all times and upon departure.
Only Licensed & Insured operators of anything motorized is allowed in RV Resort - No ATV's, 4 wheelers allowed. Restrictions on other motorized vehicles.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on personal site only by ages 21 & older.
NYS Laws: Bicyclists 14 & under must wear helmets. Absolutely no firearms, fireworks, air guns, bows & arrows, slingshots, etc. are allowed on property.
Washing: No washing of dishes, food or clothing allowed in restrooms. Check with office before any washings (fees may apply.)
Electricity: Please help conserve energy – If you have your air conditioning or electric heat on, CLOSE your windows & doors.
Campsite Limits: 2 vehicles - 4 people - 2 pets
Zero Tolerance Policy: Drunkenness, illegal drugs, foul language, inappropriate behavior, fighting, speeding and other forms of disturbance will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from resort property without refund.
See Management with complaints, concerns or questions. Management reserves the right to inspect sites at any time, terminate your visit without reimbursement for violations of rules or complaints, call the authorities and or refuse services at Hickory Ridge’s discretion. No refunds for early departure.
